About me
With more than a decade of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, family of origin trauma, relationship challenges, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis. I graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago in 2011, hold certification as a Codependency Treatment Specialist, and am currently training to become a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Clinician.
In addition, I bring seven years of experience in community mental health, supporting individuals and families who have faced significant trauma and challenges to recovery. My combination of personal insights and years of clinical work with diverse populations enables me to create a space where clients feel deeply understood. I am known for my direct yet compassionate approach, and clients appreciate my honesty and thoughtful curiosity throughout the therapeutic process. Taking a holistic view, I customize treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, meeting them exactly where they are in their healing journey.
I work with teenagers and adults, and am also an advocate for social justice and inclusivity of marginalized communities.
